At Wheeler Wagyu, we take pride in delivering our customers the highest quality, antibiotic-free Wagyu Beef with no added hormones, additives or preservatives. All of our steaks are cut to 1¼-inch thickness except our filets, which are cut to 1½ inch thickness. Our sausages, hot dogs, jerky, snack sticks, and similar items have NO SODIUM NITRATES added to honor our value for clean quality products.
